Loyola Quinlan students interested in joining the Gamma Pi Chapter should attend any of the recruitment events listed on the Recruitment Events page.
How Recruitment Works:
Recruitment is a bi-annual event where a potential member attends an information session, a professional event, and a social event all leading up to our final recruitment event Meet the Chapter Brunch.
If interested in becoming a member, your first step is to attend an information session. There are four offered but you must only attend one. The session is led by our Senior VP who covers the basics of the who what when where and why of both pledging and Delta Sigma Pi. This is a casual event where we make introductions and answer questions. This event is equally divided with dates for both Lake Shore Campus and Water Tower Campus.
Meet the Chapter Brunch:
Culminating the "get to know you" process of recruitment is our annual Meet the Chapter Brunch or "MTCB." The Meet the Chapter Brunch is a semi-formal setting where brothers and potential members can get to know each other over a light meal. Business professional is required. From the interactions throughout the week, we are able to evaluate if you will make a good match as a brother of Gamma Pi. After MTCB is when a potential Member may receive an invitation or a "bid" to officially become a pledge. Also, do not forget to send your resumes prior to MTCB to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Here is the Spring 2016 Pledge class explaining why they chose Delta Sigma Pi over other business fraternities:
We will be posting our upcoming recruiting events very soon! Keep on the lookout for that. Also, don't forget to follow us on all our social media accounts to be up-to-date with Delta Sigma Pi!
